Body building is take muscle and muscle growth to an advanced level. And while it may seem logical to just eat while lifting heavy weights, that will not give the results a body builder looks for.
Nutrition is an essential item for any person who exercises, including those who are body builders. The body needs a proper amount of vitamins and nutrients to help sustain growth and energy. Fats and sugars weigh the body down and even though those who active burn off fat and sugar, the body still stores some. The full explanation can be found at http://fitnesstroop.com/2011/07/18/3-top-triggers-to-muscle-growth-before-and-after-youre-workout/ And stored fat and sugar is quickly turned into body fat.
A body builder needs to stick to a healthy diet, which is often decided by the body building routine. There are powder supplements that give thousands of calories and hundreds of grams of protein to aid in muscle growth. This diet also needs to include vegetables and fruit, plus lots of water. Fruits and vegetables help the body regulate itself, flush out bad things in the body, and gives you energy. Let’s face it, heavy weighting lifting is tiring. Sugar is a quick high but the body quickly absorbs it. The best way to gain energy AND muscle is through a proper diet.

Walking into a fitness center for the first time can be overwhelming. There are literally hundreds of choices for machines, equipment, and weights.
There are however a few items that are cost effective AND are multipurpose use.
One item everyone should be using is exercise bands. These bands come in different lengths and tensions to help grow muscle, but they all the same set up. It’s a big rubber band with handles. The exercise bands are one of the most versatile pieces of equipment to have. They are cheap, they work, they don’t take up any room, and they can travel easily.
The bands allow you to work on literally every muscle in your body – even for those who are strictly just cardio. You could hook the band to a door, wrap it around your waist, and move forward to create resistant and then stretch, run in place, plus many more exercises.
Another cheap piece of equipment is a chin up bar. These bars hook onto the frame of a door. This allows you to work on your chest, back, and arms. The bars allow you to grab at different lengths for different motions and muscles worked. And usually the chin up bars can be used as push up bars too, giving greater resistant for one of the most important exercises out there.
With just these couple pieces of basic equipment, you could have a full body workout.

Beginning any type of workout program offers many questions – and not just on what types of exercises and moves to do. There’s the background necessity of a proper diet and supplements.
For building muscle, the key item to have is protein. Protein gets into the broken down muscles and makes them stronger and bigger. It helps the muscles heal by growing them. Protein comes in many foods we eat on a daily basis such as eggs, tuna, and even peanut butter. But for those serious about muscle growth, protein comes in a powder form that can be taken as needed.
For those just training such as a weight lifting and running, a more basic protein regime is used.
For those who want size and are looking to body building, more protein is needed. It’s often been suggested that for substantial growth, one gram of protein should be consumed per pound a person weighs on a daily basis.
As with any exercise regime – from basic cardio to advanced weight lifting – an important item is nutrition. It’s key for the body to get essential nutrients and vitamins on a daily basis. Of course, foods high in fats and sugars should be avoided as the body will just store it and convert it to actual body fat.
The best kinds of foods and supplements will be decided by your personal workout routine.
